What is the production process of paver tiles?

So, what is the approximate production process of paver tiles?
- Raw materials: 42.5# Portland cement, washed sand, stones (5-10mm), naphthalene water reducer, and powder brightener.
- Mix the concrete cement layer and the color layer according to a certain proportion and stir them separately; keep stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes to achieve a state of neither thin nor thick.
- Colors can be of good quality, such as YIPIN pigments, with high iron oxide content, bright colors and not easy to fade.
- The amount of water reducing agent and brightener should be kept at 0.3% of the total amount of concrete cement. Be careful not to put too much water on the concrete layer, otherwise it will easily cause alkali return.
- Stir the prepared materials according to the proportion for 10 minutes, and pour the first layer of the mixed color layer into the mold (be sure to spray more release oil before using the plastic mold, you can use soybean oil) to keep the material uniform thickness more than 10mm, vibrate for 10-15 seconds in time until the air bubbles in the concrete are vibrated out, then pour the second layer of concrete into the plastic mold and vibrate again for 5-10 seconds and smooth it.
- Convey the mold filled with concrete to the drying room, install or place a heating table in the drying room, keep the indoor temperature at 50 degrees, and release the mold after placing it for 10-15 hours.
7. After demoulding, store the finished paver tiles in the warehouse for about 5 days, during which water spraying can be carried out, and packaging and sales can be carried out after completion.
