What is the construction process of concrete stamp mold?

First of all, let me introduce the molds, materials and tools used in the construction.

For the concrete stamp mold, generally one set of sales matching is 5 pieces of hard molds + 1 piece of soft mold, this configuration combines the construction needs of the site. The purpose of 5 pieces is to improve work efficiency, and the soft mold is used to press the corners of the project.

Construction materials & tools: concrete hardener powder (30kg per bag); release powder (30kg per bag); protective agent (20kg-500kg per barrel).

Dosage of construction materials: for concrete hardener powder, usually about 3-5kg per square meter; for release powder, usually about 0.15-0.2kg for one square meter; and for protective agent, usually 0.15-0.3kg for one square meter.

Concrete hardener powder and release powder is powder, usually they are 30kg per bag. The protective agent is liquid, which is not easy to export. Usually we recommended customers to purchase it locally, or to buy varnish in local, which has the same effect as the protective agent.

The entire production process of concrete stamp mats:

1. Pour the concrete on the floor.

2. Smooth the concrete with stamped concrete tools.

3. Sprinkle concrete hardener powder, about 3-5kg per square meter, and then smooth it out with stamped concrete tools.

4. Sprinkle concrete hardener powder twice, compact and finish

5. Sprinkle release powder, about 0.15-0.2kg per square meter

6. Use the concrete stamp mat molds to press the texture

7. After 3-5 days, wait for the concrete to dry completely, rinse the road surface, and then brush the protective agent or varnish on the road surface, about 0.15-0.3kg per square meter
