They are all PU, polyurethane material molds.

1. Stamped concrete mold is usually 6 pieces in a set, 5 pieces hard molds and 1 piece soft mold. This configuration combines the needs of construction on site. The purpose of 5 pieces is to improve work efficiency, and 1 piece of soft mold is used to press engineering edges. corner part.

2. There is no limit to the quantity of concrete wall stamps molds. The quantity of molds is determined according to the customer’s construction requirements, the number of workers, and the scale of the projects.

3. Tools, we have about 30 different kinds of tools.

4. For concrete hardener and release powder, we have about 60 different colors for customers to choose. According to the colors required by customers, we can match different colors for customers.

Usually, we recommend that the concrete hardener and the release powder use the same color, or if the concrete hardener is colored, we recommend that the release powder be white, in case the two colors are too different, the color is mixed, and the effect is not good.

5. The protective agent is liquid, it is difficult to export, and the dosage is small. We generally recommend that customers purchase locally, or buy varnish locally, which has the same effect as the protective agent.

Dosage of engineering materials: one square meter project needs about 4 kg concrete hardener, 0.15 kg release powder, and 0.2 kg protective agent.
