1.Pour the concrete
The construction of concrete should be carried out according to the construction drawings and design requirements, the thickness of the concrete must be consistent, and the base layer must be based on 5cm or more.
2. Smoothing:
Use a large magnesium alloy spatula for colored art floors to smooth the concrete surface and make edges and corners
3. Scatter reinforcement:
The color art floor reinforcement may agglomerate during transportation, and the reinforcement must be broken up with both hands
4. Sprinkle strengthening material for the second time, compact and finish:
The color art floor reinforcement may agglomerate during transportation, and the reinforcement must be broken up with both hands
The sowing of the reinforcing material must be carried out in two times, the first time is about 2/3 of the amount, and the second time is about 1/3 of the amount. Every time you spread, you must use a large magnesium alloy spatula to smoothly eat the reinforcement material and cover the entire concrete surface. You must wait for the reinforcement material to be fully wet before using the large spatula.
5.Sprinkle mold release powder
At the end of the water collection, after the second reinforcement material is spread, the color art floor demoulding powder must be spread evenly on the concrete surface leveled with a large trowel immediately, and the dosage is generally 2 kg/10 square meters. Without the use of mold release powder, the color art floor molding mold cannot be used.
6.Lamination
After the reinforcing material and the mold release powder are combined but not completely solidified, the color art floor molding die can be used for compression molding.
7.Rinse, brush protectant
After the strength of the concrete surface reaches 70% of the design strength (in most weather, it is the second day after the construction of the stamping), the ground can be cleaned. Do not wash off all the release powder when flushing, and about 20% of the concrete can be retained. Mold release powder on the surface. In order to keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy, a soft broom can also be used to remove the mold release powder on the concrete surface, and if necessary, it can be washed with about 5% dilute hydrochloric acid.
