3.After the hardening material is combined with the release powder but not fully cured, the forming mold can be used for printing. It is necessary to study and formulate the position and direction of the layout and elevation of the forming mold in advance to ensure the integrity of the pattern. If necessary, the formwork mold can be pressed vertically on the construction surface with a special rammer for the forming mold, so as to better press out clear and realistic patterns. Timing of stamping is important, too wet or too dry a concrete surface can affect the pattern and final result.
4.After the strength of the concrete cover plate reaches 70% of the design strength (under most climate conditions, this is the third day after molding construction), the floor can be cleaned. Do not wash off all the release powder. By rinsing, 30% of the released dust on the concrete surface can be retained. The rinsing work needs to be done by a special person, and it is also very important to master the reasonable rinsing time and water pressure when rinsing to the final effect of the pattern. To keep the surrounding environment clean, you can also use a soft broom to remove the release agent from the concrete surface.
Rinse with approximately 5% dilute hydrochloric acid if necessary.
5.After the concrete surface is completely dry, 30% protective agent should be sprayed twice, and the dosage is generally about 2kg/10 square meters. You must wait until the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat. The protectant can be sprayed with a cylinder brush or spray barrel.
The road surface after construction does not need to be watered and maintained, but the necessary protection work should be done before receiving the goods.
